Seriously, I think this provides a good guide to the end of season positions. Teams are ordered by points per game hence Barnsley are much higher. It predicts the final scrap being between a bottom 7, cut adrift from the rest, with the end of season table looking like
18= Barnsley 51
18= Plymouth 51
20 Southampton 50
21= FOREST 49
21= Blackpool 49
23 Norwich 47
24 Charlton 34
It comes down to goal difference - just as well Smith is between the posts!
