It's not purely Lee Camp centric. There is a link to Paul Smiths current glove of choice.

It's also interesting how Selsport chose to use Paul Smith on the front of their website, whilst SGP barely mention Camp.

On a serious note, it's a serious thread about equipment used by two Forest players. I think it has a place here.

Given the widespread critique of both goalkeepers from so many people I assumed we had a lot of keen goalkeepers on the forum.

Hmm, this leads me to thinking - back in the olden days, many goalkeepers didn't even wear gloves. If goalie gloves were banned in the modern game, who would be the better goalie, Smith or Camp? And how would goalkeeping styles change?
 
i had a complete and utter dilemma. On the one hand, the thread is indeed cringe-worthy. On the other hand, I do love Camp and feel that, given that was part of one option, it would be blasphemous to not choose it. It comes down to wether you prefer Smith or Camp. What are people's thought on this?

I don't really understand what the problem is with Rich's thread.

All he orignally asked for was a pic of Lee Camp wearing the gloves so is obviously of interest to Rich himself. Now he gets slated for it.

(Do I get a cowboy hat now?)
 
How come we dont have polls when there is another thread on the lines of, 'we need more songs' or '..... needs a song'

I find the thread quite good.

I do prefer Selsports gloves though.
