Calderwood or Warnock

Warnock was on tele the other day saying one of his next games is versus Forest - "I always get a good reception there!".

Not sure but I reckon he'll get the normal stick but Calderwood could be in for quite a bit himself - last time I saw a Forest manager arguing with the crowd in the Main Stand was a week before Kinnear quit.

Since Warnock has gone from Sheff Scum Utd, I quite like him!! I even wanted him to get Palace up last season so he'd be back in the Prem and sort those boring gaffers out.

Calderwood'll probably end up as the new Man City boss - Kinnears landed Newcastle and Megson's landed Bolton. Fail at Forest & get a better job elsewhere!!!!!!!!!

Calderwood's been arguing with the Main Stand crowd?

I think Warnock will get 99% of the stick for the following reasons:

a) I think we'll get a result against Palace and may acually secure our second win and

b) he is a tosser.

Yes, I saw him and some bloke having a right row last season. The bloke stormed down to the front of the stand and ranted and raved at CC who in turn ranted and raved at him.

They shook hands at the end though.

No bother then. It was par for the course last season, no? I thought Elk was talking about the Charlton game.

Nick.

Once known as Nick.Doyle.nffc on 'ere.
I like Neil Warnock I think hes a good manager, even if he does buy a lot of attacking players.
or criticise the ref.
He's still a good manager

He's a right mardy c*nt, but he's a proper football fan and he has a respect for Forest.

I like him when we're not playing one of his teams.

Warnock is one of the funniest managers.

Always having a joke with the press and says what he thinks sadly though that is declining because the FA and FL are refusing to entitle managers to an opinion on their organizations and it's staff.

I have long throught that there should be a mandatory post match press conference with the managers of both sides and the ref.

Any Wenger style 'I did not see it' comments could then be shown the video.

I think it would be more interesting than half of the games, and would certainly keep the 'Grandlsam Sunday', or whatever they call it, viewers glued to the box for another 30-45 minutes.

I rate Warnock; always have. Creates a cartoon image that follows him around, but a very shrewd operator and undeserving of his reputation as being an exponent of 'direct' football.

I'm not a foaming-at-the-mouth rage-filled person who wants Calderwood sacked particularly, but in answer to the thread title, I'd take Warnock every time.

Warnock is a far far superior manager to Calderwood.

Agreed Winnits, for all the tosh around him he is a good and experienced manager. He is making a good job of it at Palace where other alledgedly rated managers like Peter Taylor and Dowie have faltered.

Not getting the whole abuse thing really. Ok a guy can be an arse or whatever but he has done conistently well as a manager on frugal resources with unfashionable clubs. Not recognising that is beyond me. You do not have to like a guy or his persona to rate his abilities.

It was this season against Burnley when one of the crowd criticised the performance of Luke Chambers - Calderwood went ape!!

How do you know? How many youtube videos are there of CC at half time?
Calderwood's record as a young manager is excellent. He got us promoted. Okay, we are in a process of struggling now, but we were in the league below this one struggling for some years.

Too early to compare them maybe as CC relatively inexperienced. At the moment you would have to say that Warnocks record in management is better taking into account the unfashionable clubs and lack of resources. Either way he has stated that Palace is his last job so perhaps the discussion is academic.

Warnock is a complete w**ker.

Having him here would go against everything i like.

I wouldn't even be able to go on the forest site without seeing his smarmy face.

Well then it has happened on more than one occasion, because last season he had a right slanging match with some bloke in the Main Stand. I think it was against Tranmere or something like that.

Have people forgot when he tried to get his own players sent off to get a game abandoned?

If you want to watch cheats f*** off and watch molesta!
