Calderwood again

Thought Richard Money is going to be the shoo-in for new boss of swindon as has been reported in the press in the last week ?
 
To be honest I'd be pretty pleased if this turned out to be true, CC would be able to leave with a fair amount of dignity as well as being able to walk straight into a job where he'd be instantly hero worshipped.

Whether it happens or not remains to be seen...but I'd be happy with it providing we don't end up with Paul Ince.
 
Yawn Yawn yabba yabba heard this all before and can't see it. The sneaky tales just don't make sense to me. Calderwood ending up at Swindon wouldn't surprise me but only because we sack him not because there is a backroom deal going on
 
This is all true. I have already said who will be the next forest manager, in a thread i started.

This should all be sorted by tomorrow.
 
Not long to wait then. Although we've had "He'll be out by <insert date here>" comments from 'cast iron' sources several times now.

My gut says this is someone just taking the p**s trying to cause a big stirr up. My gut also says that forest France is indeed gay however much he Deny's it.

He IS the best possible candidate out of the managerial pool , which is why he won't be here. It's too good to be true. ND will just hire another numpty lackey to serve his bidding and be his fallguy.

If we appoint Curbishley we'll be down by March. In any case, we won't because Calderwood's going nowhere.

Every day someone comes on here citing a cast iron source on when Colin will leave and who will replace him. Everyday I cite my cast iron source that he's going nowhere. Everyday I am right.

And so it will remain.

As a forum, we don't treat fans of other teams with the same contempt that other forums seem to.

People are treat as they behave, and as such, this Swindon fan deserved to be treat with a little bit more respect than simply calling his team shit.

You're only 12 posts in, but you were made to feel very welcome when you joined the forum, I would expect that the courtesy shown to yourself should be extended to others.

It looks like the Swindon fan has left the boards, which is a shame. Driving people away is never encouraged around here.

I wasn't made to feel welcome when I joined. Winnits was nice to me, the rest of you told me you did not believe I was Andy Reid and to f*** off and grow up. Good advice admittedly, but it seemed harsh at the time.

However, gloating because something hasn't happened yet isn't exactly sensible. The fact he is still in a job doesn't make you right, nor wrong, that he will be here in January.

I've met you, more than once. I know you're not Andy Reid. You don't even have an Irish accent. What kind of Andy Reid impersonator doesn't even attempt to put on an Irish accent?
