Brennan Johnson

I’d rather have Elanga back than Brennan. And I’m not bothered about having either of them back. Quite happy with our wingers thank you.

Don't see how anybody could be happy with Ndoye and Bakwa with what they've produced so far. They might come good but so far they've been shite.

I take it you haven’t seen CHO and Hutchinson play?

First Team Squad
We sold both BJ and Elanga for about 100 million, that was a good price for us.
Don’t want either of them back, we are moving forwards and they are not the players to help us with this.
Ndoye may come good, maybe not, but he is ours right now so hope he can improve and give Mr. Dyche something to think about.

Bakwa, be interesting to see what he can do once fit again, seems to have slotted into the squad well though looking at some of the videos online, seems happy to be at Forest.

We just need one of them to step up, that would do nicely.

Brennan is better wide than McAtee, Brennan would be better up front than Kalimuendo or Awoniyi.
Bakwa, jury is out, could be a dud, could be a worldie.
N'Doye has to start delivering, he's been shocking.

That being said, if it's £35m to sign him and we can do something, no brainer for me. He's gotten better at Spurs.

He's more than likely going to Palace, they can play to his strengths and he'll start to look something more like the Johnson we remember. The same section of Spurs fans that want to sell him will probably end up complaining that they sold him

Where does he play at palace?

I'm also amazed at the idea him coming back home wouldn't be good for us - scored 20 odd goals last year (couple of few on top of the 18 for me as he had a number attributed to others, like the winner in the final of the comp we are trying to win).

Just because he isn't the player spurs fans want him to be (someone twisty who runs at folk apparently) it doesn't mean he isn't a very good player at this level.

Can I see the time being right now? Nope, but i'd welcome him back with open arms if that were the case and suspect he'll end up at someone higher in the chain than us (villa).

And finally on Brennan, if I were Spurs I'd loan him back to us without a buy option so we could utilise him in the Europa squad second half of the season and maximise his value with us - I'm pretty confident he'd be worth 10m or so more than he would be now, and probably more, if correctly utilised in a side set up to get the best from him. And boy could we use him on the right...

I guess it's down to whether that's at the expense of developing a couple of our own, but I'd have him back on those terms in a heartbeat.

(And as much as I like the look of Ndoye and think he'll come good over time, if Napoli still want him for proper money... See also Kalimuendo...)

N'doye has 2 goals and 1 assist in 21 matches, with no goal contribution since we played Palace. He's been shocking.
He's already doubled his return from his first season on serie A.

Fwiw I mentioned when we signed him that it might take a while for him to adjust, since its taken a season pretty much everywhere he's been, Switzerland aside.

I don't think he's a bad player... though I think he's played badly of late. Fingers crossed in time we more than get our return...

He may not have been directly credited with assists, but he clearly had a huge involvement in Sangarè's equaliser against Leeds and in the winning goal against Utrecht, but that notwithstanding, you're perfectly entitled to your opinion that he's "shocking" if that's what you wish to believe.
