Because it didn't happen this week, and it wasn't the 20 year aniversary ???

Bradford............small Yorkshire club, no large fan base, no media interest, no advertising space to sell

Liverpool.........Opposite in all ways

Or am I just cynical

Talking of being hypocritical, the scouse don't hold a remembrance of any kind for Hysel.

Maybe because Bradford have a little more self respect and wish to remember the dead in private as a town, rather than do what Liverpool did and have the world and his dog involved..... They love nothing more than feeling sad and lapping up the media attention..... It was a facking circus this week at scouse land.....

As one of you guys point out its down to media attention and the people of Bradford maybe chose a private way to grieve although there was a remembrance day I remember on the 20th aniversary although clearly not covered as much.

Ofcourse in reality all such disasters invovling the tragic loss of fellow football fans should be remembered...probably equally but like with other deaths to various celabs that never happens.

I really am starting to tire of the Hillsborough wallowing.
96 scousers, oh dear.
6 Million jews, 2 Million Armenians, 1 Million Rwandans.
None of them were drunk and they all had tickets to the game.

Duck!

Probably my favorite ever post on here. And Antoli generally annoys me!

Exactly. It's about time the scousers took the blame for Hillsborough, and paid there respects to the families of those that died at Heysel instead.

There was some sort of tribute done by the club when Liverpool played Juve in the Champions League a few seasons back but apart form that I guess you are right to point out they don't have minute silences for that although I understand why they have one every year for Hillsborough which is fair enough.

yeah, the juventus fans responded really well to it
