My Norwich supporting mate said they've rejected a bid of £13M from Porto for him and Napoli and Bilbao are in for him.
When I've watched Norwich, which is a fair bit, Sainz has been the one that's impressed me and I thought it was only a matter of time before he had options to step up.
He scores absolute bangers too.

I don't get why we'd buy him & not Oly if they want him- given their CL revenue & the incoming windfall from the young lad to Brighton.....
If it did happen, it would be PSR cost neutral.
They would pay a loan fee to cover 1 yrs amortisation + wages
After 1 yr we then have a lower book cost and we either retain or sell at a profit.

Watching his highlights, kind of looked like Joe Lolley in his style of play.
No idea if he is good enough for the Prem, but he certainly looks like a player worth giving that opportunity too, especially given our current squad set up.

Like Carmo, if he does sign he will probably never play for Forest. It's just multi-club ownership book fiddling. I don't like it, but it is what it is. It is going to be interesting to see what happens with Carmo if he goes out on loan again, don't like the thought of being stiffed with a player who Oly now don't want and who we can't move on.
On Sainz, it is a shame if he is brought and loaned to Oly, because I actually think he could be a handy signing.
