When i last went to Tesco some shelf stacker said to me he was happy and did an attempted moonwalk.

More of a morrisons man myself, however Tesco do a quality Cherry Isotonic Sports drink.
 
That's funny cause a pack of Beef Jerky told me we were to sign Lee Martin last year.

Maverick - If thus is not a wind up by yourself , can you please clarify the following.

1 -Did the person you saw in tesco tell you who it was or were they unable to for whatever reason?

2- Did the person say we were signing them or just going in for them?

3- If you know is it an ex- player? up and coming from the lower leagues? Someone who is a bit past his best? A younster from the Prem ? or an established Championship player?

4- Is it any of the following- Kris Commons, Grant Holt , Jack Lester ( yes please sorry folks I would love him back even though I know I will be laughed at) , Billy Sharp, Sol Campbell, Alan Stubbs, David Nugent , or someone from Sunderland who is shit.
 
I have been to Tescos this afternoon and asked a number of people if they knew of any surprise signings. None of them did and most of them just stared blankly at me and shrugged their shoulders. I am therefore beginning to doubt the validity of this rumour.

In fairness, that tends to be the reaction if you ask whereabouts a particular product is in store?
 
Why? Titus Bramble would be an excellent signing.

Since leaving Newcastle, he has fulfilled his early potential. Wigan's player of the season and mentioned with regards to the PFA team of the year.
 
He isnt that good. When he was at Ipswich I thought he was great well worth the big move but he was so bad at Newcastle and I think this was because he was at a big club. Wigan are a small club and I think there is less pressure on him.

Imaging him and Wes together?

I just think that Titus Bramble would be an excellent signing at this level. But yeah, him and Morgan together wouldn't be great!
 
Dodgy rumor on vital suggests harewood was local again.
We all know his family live around the area and such but they said he was training with eastwood town for some reason.....


dont believe much of it but thought id pass it on.
 
Harewood was at Eastwood training there but it was only because he is friends with Gardner, nothing more. :wink:
