We've had a bid for Swindon striker Charlie Austin accepted, around £1.5m apparently.

Collymore, not done and dusted yet, just had a bid accepted and are now talking to Austin.

Great goalscorer at League 1, bit unsure on the price tag though.

I hope this is true, and if it is.. Do you think we will come out and say so now, and say he will be joining us in January/ the summer, to try and boost half-season ticket sales??

About the price - who the hell cares, its not for us to worry about really, if BD wants this man and that is the price being asked of him, if ND is willing to pay that much then what does it matted to us?

Ye I understand that, but all we can do about it is talk on here about what we would of done, not a single one of us lot are a member of the AP :)

If Billy wants him, and ND has the money then who are we to stop them??

I dunno.. People moan when we don't sign anyone, then people moan about the price tag when we (potentially) do sign someone!!

You don't get that here in Switzerland..
