I know I've left Garner out, I'm counting him as more of midfielder now, seeing as that's where he seems to have been playing, but you can include him if you want.

Is Garner an Onion now then?

At home its the Earnie & Dex show.

Away its Dex & Goldie.

I'd like to see a Garner & Adebola pairing up front though. I bet defenders would hate that..

Blackstock and Earnshaw all the way. You have to look at this and think 'which two would Championship defenders least like to face?' For me, it is these two with Adebola and McGoldrick to come off the bench.

Sorted.

Pretty unanimous results.

Garner's scored some really good goals would be good to maybe see him play more than 1 game as a striker in a row sometime.

Got the best diving header i've ever seen last year. Even if it was an og

Earnie and Dele away. Earnie, Dele and tys on wing at home. Dex replacement for earnie.Goldie replacement for Raddy or Dele

Difficult, as Adebola brings so much, as does Earnie and Tyson.

They offer something completely different.

Blackstock and McGoldrick, whilst they score goals, simply don't excite me to the same levels.

Ideally I'd like to see Tyson on the pitch all the time. His pace is such a weapon.

Adebola is strong, good feet and creates chances.

Earnshaw just scores goals. Lots of them.

for me, Earnie and Dele upfront with Tyson possibly on the left.

Although that restricts Anderson/McCleary/Garner.

It's a headache, but luckliy we can adapt to suit our opposition.

Billy wanted six strikers so he could rotate them and that's what he's gonna do. Keeps them fresh and means that we can pick a style of attack most likely to upset and unsettle the opposition. You may have a favourite striker, but would you play him Sat / Tues / Sat / Tues or would you keep him fresh by using others and meaning we always had fresh legs up top?

A more relevant question is which of our six strikers would you be happy to lose? In my mind the answer is none of them, as they all have qualities and bring something different. Therefore we have to rotate to give them all some game time.

I think it would be best with dex and earnie but you cant say that this wouldnt rip any team apart in this league apart, whilst were a home obvs!

Gunter Wes Chambers Lynch

Mckenna

Majewski Cohen

Tyson Blackstock
Earnshaw

I don't think Blackstock is the type of player you'd play as a wing forward.

In that kind of role you could use Tyson, Anderson, McCleary, McGoldrick and at a push Garner. It generally requires a strong brute to play in the middle who can hold the ball up and win the crosses put in by the two wing forwards Adebola would probably suit that best.

I think our strikers mainly are suited for a pairing up front or one just off the other.

There are so many players who should be in with a shout of a starting line-up. I think we've got to admit that it will be rare if a player up front plays the whole 90 mins. I don't think Majewski can manage 90 effective minutes yet. Also if the attackers on from the start can give it '110%' and then we can bring on equally effective (but slightly different problems) part way through the match, the opposition aren't going to be too happy. Rotation can work, especially with the talent we've got. Most opposing teams will need to have a bowel movement just looking at our bench.

The Idea of Adebola and Garner feels like a lethal cocktail! Add Tyson into that, And surely the opposition would struggle to even know what we might do next, let alone prevent it.
Though sadly I can't imagine Billy going with this unless of injuries/suspensions.

I am seriously considering putting Adebola and Earnie as our best strikeforce.

Adebola is an excellent resource, but i think the partnership of Earnie and Blackstock just pips him.

Blackstock and Earnshaw.

Our best all-rounder (and top scorer) and our best 'poacher'.
