Best Individual Performance?

For me Earnie's performance yesterday was one of the best performances i've seen by a Forest player for a good while. He was electric all game and his three finishes were all out of the top drawer, had he put that volley away for his 4th i think i would've shot my load.

Just got me thinking of when i've seen a better performance from anyone in red? Best for a few years i reckon

Earnie certainly played well yesterday, although Anderson was just as good IMO

I agree with your comments on Earnshaw yet I do think it's fair to say that everyone had a good game yesterday.

To say that Les-dar were crap would be unfair on our boys. We played our socks off and even though Les-dar missed a couple of clear chances, including hitting the post in the last 30 seconds, we could easily have made it 6-7 goals ourselves.

We are finally becoming clinical. At the start of the season that game could of easily been a 1-0 or 1-1. I know Blackstock played very well but I would love to see him score sooner rather than later just to keep his confidence up.

I remember when Southall scored a hat trick and got something like 3 assists against Swindon that time.

I thought Cohen was magnificent also. he flew into every tackle and covered every blade of grass twice. But he was also quality when he'd got the ball.

Agreed, thought he was exceptionnal, especially when you consider it was his first game back in midfield.

Only downer for me was Mckenna. Hard to critisise anyone but thought he rushed everything and gave the ball away needlessly several times. As the game grew older he got his foot on the ball more, which i wish he did all the time because i think he's very good on the ball when he takes his time and controls things.

McKenna had a cracking game! It's true he loses possession more than we'd like - but he's always there snapping and kicking at ankles never giving anyone any time at all in midfield.

You'd miss him if he wasn't there, although you probably wouldn't realise it.

I know he's crucial to the side i don't deny that but his distribution yesterday was abysmal
