Best and Worst loan signing?

I know it's early to say but Dexter Blackstock is turning out to be a fantastic loan signing playing the striker role what we have been waiting for (no disrespect to tyson or earnshaw) playing with intelligence, ability, and strength so he gets my vote for best loan signing.

The worst......Eugene Dadi, oh dear, oh dear, oh dear.

Dadi was bad, but I'd pick Daryl Powell or Mikkel Beck ahead of him!

Worst has to be Dimitrios Konstantopoulos. He only lasted a day.

Best must be Darren Huckerby. He helped us when we were dire

You can't say he was the worst. He never as much as kicked a ball for us so he may well have been the best! :D

Hello and welcome...but I would argue Huckerby helping us out because we were dire, more in the line of a final piece of a promotion jigsaw puzzle, that fell to bits in the box, a lot like Huckerby really

Indeed, Huckerby didn't exactly join us when we were dire at all - we were challenging at the top end of the Championship!

He had merits, but I never thought he put in a massive amount of effort during the playoff games.

Viv Anderson

Best this season with out a doubt would be Campy! We simply have to sign him in the summer! Worst would be mcsheffrey...perhaps he would have been different if fully fit!

The best I can remember was Ben Olsen he was a fantastic fullback.

The worst I'd go with Beck as well.

Caly in our Alley

Jack Armstrong
Worst would have to be James Henry, simply because he was supposed to be our replacement for Nicky Southall. The fact that he wasn't up to it (for whatever reason) probably cost us promotion that season.

Still, he looked good for the three minutes that he actually played.

No wonder my post count..
I bet had Joel Lynch not renewed his contract at xmas, ya'll would be saying him!

Camp was effective, but I'd put Blackstock ahead of him.

Probably Anderson too.

It's Baggio

John Robertson
Dadi wasn't a loan, we actually signed the twunt.

Stuart Pearce
I grant you I never actually got to see him action, so someone who did will probably be able to set me straight, but I seem to remember Ian Wright doing well here.

John Terry as well, I definantly remember doing well.

And this season I personally think Ando has contributed well over the season, and Blackstock looks to be an inspired signing.

The worst? James Henry, and he actually looked a good player for the 3 minutes I saw him, but I guess he had attitude problems or something?

Wasn't Olsen a midfielder?

I agree about Beck though - he was bloody useless!

Yeah I would go for Ando this season. He's been an absolute star midfield - our form really dipped when he wasn't playing.

Ian Wright did do well, wasn't long before Celtic came knocking though, sadly.

Ian Wright was the most exciting but Hucks had the most impact I would say.

Powell was shocking, Mikkel Beck was utter shite as well though.

Charlie George - scored a header when we beat Barcelona over two legs to win the Super Cup in 1980.

Hard to see beyond Beck for the worst.

If they hadn't signed permanently, you could almost class Asa Hartford and Gary Megson as crap loan signings as well. They came for a month then left....
