Fair enough, i do still think clubs can just agree to a recall clause being included or excluded. Players can go back to their own club in this time but only if the club loaning the player agrees.
I put something about it in a thread when he signed with a link to the FA guidelines on loan trying to kill two birds with one stone (why we didn't loan Camp again in February) like most of my more sensible posts, it got ignored.
