I read this early. It was a little more insightfull than some of the other recent interveiws with Billy, but not ,uch so. But I agree with you the comments from Gunter about the preparation, especially the DVDs, reveal the players respect for Billy's preparation and his general professional approach.

I was watching Forest train the other day, it was fantastic to watch, Billy really does work hard and the players all look happy, which again is credit due to the manager.

It makes even more obvious why D**by fans are so vitriolic towards him, they know what could have been had they not sacked him, and when they see what he's doing at Forest, they know we're reaping the benefits of their board's ridiculously hasty decision.
They also fear that we're gonna get the future in the Prem that they should have had. Plus those with long memories have seen something like this happen before!
