I think he was more beaten down and burnt out and i hope hes had a bloomin good rest. Im not sure the "go away and think about what youve done" is appropriate, but then im not a refereeI think we will really know the answer about Cooper when he takes his next managerial post, and what happens there. For my money he was out of his depth tactically. I sincerely hope he has taken this time off to think about how he approaches certain things, and realize what his own personal shortcomings are and find the right people to work alongside him. Managing in the Premier league is still the toughest place to succeed in the game of football. Every side from Fulham up (in the table) is a pretty good one. The only poor managers , imho, in the division, are Wilder and Ten Hag. This is a damn hard pond to survive in.
