Anyone meet Dr Who yesterday?

In recent times I've seen James H Bradfield (Manic Street Preechers singer) and Darryl Hunt (Pogues bassist) at away games.

Heard U Red Matt Smith, who plays Dr Who, was at the game yesterday. Be interested to know if anyone spotted him and whether he joined in with the dispicable goading of those lovely, innocent Cardiff faimlies sat on either side of us?

Hopefully was in with the forest fans, but I'm guessing was more likely to be found in the posh seats (wearing a Forest top :D).

Seen him in a phone box before the game, upto no good.

I think he said in an interview he'd be going to Cardiff away with his Grandad. Can't see him sitting with the plebs.

And I always thought James Dean Bradfield being a Forest fan was an urban myth. I guess not.

No, that's true. Him and Nicky Wire used to watch a lot of English football on telly while touring, he picked Forest and Wire picked Liverpool. He mentions it occassionally at gigs, at one in Derby a few years ago he finished playing a song called 'Cardiff Afterlife' and said "Can't wait to play that one in Swansea", everyone laughed, then he says with a grin: "It'll be a bit like mentioning the Tricky Trees in Derby!" to mixed boos and cheers lol He also dedicated the song 'On Saturday Morning We Will Rule the World' to Johnny Metgod at a solo show and talked about enjoying his famous freekick being part of the Match of the Day titles for several years.

That's enough Manic Street Preachers geekery. I'll hand over to the Doctor Who fans now...

He pointed to a lifesize Psycho cardboard cut out at Glastonbury being held aloft by our kid and his mates one year and referred to it as 'The Lord' :D

Su Pollard is all the celebrity action us Forest fans could ever hope for.

I see your Su Pollard, and raise you Kenneth Clarke!

Stuart Broad too.
