According to SSN both have been made available by Wolves and we've been linked to both especially Surman last season.

I really rate Keogh, very clever player. Don't know so much about Surman if I'm honest.

Surman is a good left-back albeit a bit slow and Keogh is quite a creative player, I think both will probably go to Championship teams as it seems neither are good enough for the Premier League.
