id be amazed if Liverpool let him go.

Good player, definitely would like to see him make a permanent move, but doubt it.

Sure he signed a contract not long ago.
I can't see Liverpool letting him go, unless we offer quite a lot for him.

he will never get into the liverpool team so i think they would let him go.

not sure if it will be to us or not.

They let Guthrie go.. He is surely valued a lot higher and has premiership experience.. Think hell be allowed to leave for around a million pounds. Hes not good enough for premiership not for a few years.

I bloody hope so!

He has been great for us - I'm so glad he is back and throwing himself into it despite his wrist injury.

Sing him oop!

I think knowing Forests luck that if he signed he would turn out to be cack giving people a reason to complain.

Wed be up agaisnt tough oppostition to sign him.

Clubs with a better chance of promotion might be intersted, and he might prefer a move to one of them.

Can't see him making a real impact at Liverpool so chances are he'll move on in the next year or two. He seems to be enjoying it here and the fans have taken to him so if we can stay up then I reckon we've got a fair chance of signing him.

I'd make him a priority in the summer if we're still in the CCC.

I think we should just be exceedingly grateful that we've got him for now. He's clearly a model professional who is willing to put his body on the line for a team which, if they went down, wouldn't have any affect on him beyond the start of the summer.

Ando should serve as a role model to any talented player hoping to make it with a Premiership side that is sent on loan to the Championship. Sure, he's a class player, but we've had them before who haven't had the application and they've bombed back to their cushy number, having learned nothing. If Lee Martin took Ando's attitude I genuinely think he would have been a success here, too.

Even if we stay up, I think it will be difficult to get him in permanently. As has been said before, if Liverpool do decide to let him go, then there will be better placed Championship clubs to get him. He's already shown, with turning down Swansea for us, that he is prepared to change teams if he feels it will benefit his career. In many ways, his next move could be the most important of his career.

Isn't he originally from Nottingham though?

Not saying he's a Forest supporter but my sister watched the Derby cup game (when he broke his wrist) in the pub and his best mate was there and she's sure he said he was from Nottingham.

Am very likely wrong though...

Think he's from Melton Mowbray, but watching the after-match interview with him, he said he was a local lad and didn't want to lose to Derby, so it's quite possible that he is a Red Dog!

Yeah now you say Melton Mowbray that does ring a bell.

Ando is a red dog, Ando is a red dog, la la la la!

I'd sign him for Melton Pork Pies since they lost the rights over Melton Cornish Pasties and Stilton Cheese. Plus he can play a bit. What more do you want? Good footballer, cheap pies that are quality. Mock us now Kris Commons!

Yeah i think they will elt him go, no way he's going to get a sniff under rafa the gaffer

He might be tempted to come to us, being a midlander and all that.

However, he was CC signing and maybe not BD's type of player. He is needed now, but whether BD thinks the same in the summer is anyones guess.

We all know he has a very good future ahead of him. BUT, some players need to drop down to make a step up (insert famous managers name) and a move to us could give him the first team footy, and chance to shine he needs. I am astonished at the professionalism of him. The way he said that first of all, he wanted to become a first teamer at Liverpool was a nice change from the usual crap from loan signings. He has been a key player for us this season and even if he goes, I would wish him the very best wherever he ended up ! It would be a shame to see such a talent wasted though !

I think they would if we made a good offer for him. We I hope we do, but doubt we will. If he doesn't come to us, he'll go elsewhere in the Championship, maybe even a Premiership team like Fulham or a newly promoted team. He's a very good player.

When he signed, I think he said that his dad lived in Nottingham.
Or maybe people from Melton would prefer to think that they were closer to Nottingham than Leicester!

Good point Marriboom. Though his Wiki says he trained at Hull's academy, not Liverpool's? So it may not count towards that self trained quota, just the English player one.

I'd say Melton is more Leicester than Forest, but it's not much of either really. Never see much in the way of football shirts, scarfs, coats etc when I drive through there. Probably prefer pig racing than football, or something.

He's a Hull City fan, I remember him saying it when he signed, I think his Dad was from round there or something.

I don't think he'll get a look in at Liverpool and that's not necessarily down to the lads ability, just that Rafa doesn't seem to give any of the local lads a go. He'd rather sign a mediocre 25 year old from the continent.

His injury hit season might be a blessing for us (long term). Had he played a full season and tore the league up then I'm sure a Prem team would offer Liverpool a few million and snap him up. However he's not really had much chance to show everyone his ability over a long stretch of games and that might play into our hands if BD wants to keep him.

will depend on what league we are in and hwta wages he is on atm I suppose I bet hes one of the better earners in our squad, the wifes cousin plays for the under 18s for liverpool and england and hes already on 1k a week

No wonder my post count..
It would be amazing to sign him and a complete bonus. If we manage to stay up and Liverpool give him the chance help excel Forest's playoff hopes, he'll have a blindingly bright future ahead of him, Forest or not.

Forest or not, I'll keep my eye on him!
