So while we are topping our already decent squad up in Jan they will be further weakening their already crap side.

When is our game at Pride Park? Just before the windows closes :D

Good times!

It's a good job Direby have got a non league manager to help find some replacements.

They'd really miss Hulse.

Didn't Billy say that he'd be looking for another striker in January?

I reckon Hulse would fit in well.

Been telling you for a while..............nudge nudge wink wink. They are going to be in some trouble if the owners continue to repay themselves ( All legal and above board ), what they origanally invested in the club......................also remember they did not clear the debt, the new owners ''Parked '' the debt with the old shareholders.

Derby's take over, like Leicester was a slight of hand, mist and mirrors. One day there will be a reckoning, the debts will either cripple the club as interest rates rise again, or the owners will get the money out and throw them to the winds.

Watch Liverpools finances, harked on about this for some time now, hope and pray the scouse bastards fail to reach the top four, then see a house of cards effect, Leeds proportions maybe too much to hope for, but mid table mediocrity beckons.

If we took Hulse off them, it would be f***ing BRILLIANT.

They lost a million quid on the sale of Robbie Earnshaw to us. It would be so sweet to shaft them again.

If what I've heard is correct, it will be Leeds United, but a lot, lot worse.

That would be sweet!

Liverpool are a much more investable proposition (in terms of history, brand image and all that guff) so I doubt it would get as bad as Leeds did.

But when you're a going cause saddled with the best part of 3/4s of a billion pounds of debt, no one in their right mind is going to touch them with Tom Glicks bargepole, let alone their own.

Stars? The only 'Stars' you'll see in Derby are in the sky at midnight.

What, even through that smog?

Surely everyone associated with Debry can plainly see they're just a couple of players away from mounting a serious push for relegation?

Derby are in a similar position to us the last time we were relgated from the Prem. We spent big to start with using the parachute payments to get back to the promised land but when Pla** screwed that up we had to sell off guys on high wages. That's what Derby are doing now, their parachute payments have ended and they aren't going up so all the 10k+ per week guys have to go and probably on the cheap too.

Let's just hope it takes them as long to recover as it did us!!

Liverpools problems stem from two sources...
1. Liverpools owners borrowed against the future revenue of the club to finance the take over, they have invested heavily in the side and they now have a large transfer deficit. The only way for Liverpool to steadily increase their revenue is with a new ground, to enable them to compete with the likes of Man Utd and Arsenal, based on regular income.

Chelsea have a smaller income from match days, but are propped up by the massive wealth of Abromavic. The wealth of Liverpools owners has been hammered by the financial crisis and their involvement with some of the American sports ventures which have suffered enormous losses. So they do not have the enormous back up of the other three.

2. To increase their revenue Liverpool need to move grounds, larger capacity, sponsors lounges etc etc, they have no money, to speculate on a new ground as current income is being swallowed by debt repayments. So a true chicken and egg syndrome for them. Debt free they need to be to build a stadium, to be debt free they need to slash drastically playing costs, wages and squad size, whilst bringing in some serious money.....sell Torres or Gerrard ?. Debt free they have no side to compete against the best, so little point yet in a new stadium.

Short term loss of revenue from Champs League, may or may not be boosted by Eufa Cup, depending try telling that to a bank manager, failure to qualify for next seasons Champs League...............................Higher they climb, harder they fall ;D

No. We only got one decent game in three from him when we were in the 3rd division. Imagine how shit he'd be in the Championship. And yet Derby want 2.5 million for him? :D

No thanks. We have a squad of players who give their all for this club. Which one of our stars would you drop for Commons?

We can, and will, get in a much higher calibre of player.
