Alcohol on Sale in Pride park?

Someone has told me that they've heard Derby aren't selling  in the Forest end tomorrow... Has anybody else heard anything?

I will be very disappointed if not, seeing as we will be there early, and no pubs within twenty minutes of the ground will let Forest fans in

I'm sure they are selling it before the match but not at half time!

From what I heard before the match they are selling alcohol but at half time No. For the sake of those travelling on the official coaches I hope thats the case otherwise with a 10.45 departure time if you fancy a pint you've had it

They usually do sell it before the match

According to the police (there's a link somewhere on here) there will be no alcohol for sale in the away end.

Did we sell the Sheep alcohol at our place? If we did, it shows we took it up the rear end in our arrangements for the game. Not that it really matters to me, but whatever arrangements are to be made in both matches should have been discussed before the first game. ie if one club is to ban 'away' alcohol, then the other should as well. Also, if one club is daft enough to give about 4,500 tickets to the opposition, the other must as well. Pro rata, we SHOULD have given them no more than 2,000 for the CG clash. Trouble is, this arrangement will never happen again, will it, unless we meet them (before they go out of business) in the cup.

I'd imagine that it would come down to the police to make the decision whether or not they sell beer. Lets be honest, left to Direby they'd surely sell it because it's additional revenue on the day.

Not sure if the drabby fans were sold beer but I agree with you on the number of tickets they received. Give the f***ers 500 or so, after all that's their usual away attendance

yeah alcohol was on sale in the away end at the city ground but there was only one person serving behind the counter and it took 40 mins to get served. So you might have well not have bothered.

You would have thought that the one place Derbyshire police want Forest fans tomorrow before the game is safely enclosed in the away end at PP.

How could I have forgotten the pea chasing, we really must get something along those lines set up at our home games if we want to show any class at all.
