Also if there is some downtime in the match don't have cost chats with him, tell him where to go.

If messrs Cooper and Pearce were on that pitch last wed then Mr Commons would have been put on his backside in no uncertain terms in the first 20 mins!!!

I found his treatment very lenient too...was shocking

I remember when Stan Collymore came back to CG following transfer to Liverpool he was given a torrid time by Steve Stone and Pearce.

I couldn't believe the pally-pally attitude the other night!

Hopefully it will be different next time!
