After suffering our 3 away defeat this month the atmosophere seems to have gone slightly negative. Maybe its just because of the result today.

But if we had drew 1 or 2 of those away games we would be thinking thats been a good month 1 defeat 2 draws and 3 wins were still gong well.


So why is everyone seemingly donw? 2 Points is that diffference between a good month and a bad one?

Away fans have been below par since (and including) Derby away.

I thought today was an improvement on the games I've been to away from the City Ground lately.

Indeed. We've been poor for the most part. Sheff weds, United and boro were the better teams in all 3 of our wins. And in the defeats we never looked like a team capable of winning.

This is the point - we've lost all our away games, scoring no goals, and ground out some home wins (which has kept us in the hunt!)

Let's hope that February is done and gone, and lets concentrate on the games we have left, starting with Swansea at home next week!

What?! We didn't play our best by a long shot, but Sheffield United barely mustered up a shot on goal and Boro didn't have a decent chance or attack until the 87th minute. We were the only side that looked likely to win those games.

February is the new December/January when Forest are traditionally pap.

Just did a little research; Birmingham had 61 points after 34 league games and finished 2nd last season.

Forest have 61 points from 34 games too.
