1959 FA Cup Final

Wonderful - RIP Tom Wilson as most of you know, his son was my next door neighbour for 15 years... Tom died of cancer a while back but his legacy in Brentwood still lives on through the Great Danes football club...

Watched quite a few times.

Wonderful football played by a great footballing team and how great the pitch looked.

It was the Billy Walker teams that got Forest the reputation for being a passing side.

Notice though who it announces as the winners at the start!

As a sort of aside, if you get a chance read 'And the ref was called Clough' (he was, y'know). A great account of our FA Cup run that year :)
