I remember a game against Swindon where Nicky Southall scored a hat trick along with around three assists.

v West Ham in a League Cup tie one night, John Robertson destroyed a very good and experienced defence. Even capped off the evening with a curling cross shot into the Trent End goal.
Duncan McKenzie against Man City, one Sunday afternoon F.A.Cup. 2nd division Forest won 3-1 against all expectations.
Great post and question, these are the one's which spring to mind for me, as outstanding individual match winning performances from Individuals as opposed to a team effort.

I grew up in baby clothes sold by his mother.
For me, there have been a few 10/10's that spring to mind. Bohinen when we beat Sheff Wed 7-1, Collymore in the 1-1 against Man Utd at the City Ground, and perhaps a couple of Cohen displays this season.

Still grainy black and white images about. FA Cup quarter final V Everton in 1967, Everton were the cup holders and Forest lost Joe Baker early doors to a very bad challange from Brian Labone ( My Dad has never forgiven him ).
Forest were 0-1 down, 2-1 up, 2-2 in the final minutes to complete his hat trick, Moore, shot and the keeper saved, I think Moore then put the rebound onto the bar and as it dropped he reacted faster than anyone else to seal a magnificent Forest win

How about Stan's second half performance against Peterborough?
My picture was splattered all over the red tops when Stan lashed that winner in. We were sat in the stand, my brother myself a couple of cousins and some mates......spot on in focus just as Stan unleashed his shot..brilliant

(I am starting to think Messi is the best player I have seen since Maradona -cannot believe he is only 22 - few more games like last night and I will be convinced)

Actually a Forest player the season before last got 10/10 in the sun sport ratings for a quite majestical performance against Manchester City I believe!

Smith wasn't it? Although that was last season rather than the one prior...though we didn't play Man City in 07/08.
