It's only later to allow fans to get there after work.

Not sure it's because of TV, as it would clash with Preston North End v Derby and a couple of Premier League matches.

Kick-offs are all over the place for midweek games that aren't TV related. Most are when it's a longer trip just to make it easier for clubs to do both in one day to reduce overnight stays, Boro vs Millwall is at 15:00 on a Wednesday.

9 days notice - it will be interesting to see if these short notice alterations to kick off times/days remain in place once supporters are allowed back in the grounds.

I used to hate game changes like this when (for a short period) I was going home and away. The weekend all planned with cheap hotel sorted, then bloody Sky.
