It's only Monday and already there have been two contenders, both within the 'Capital One' thread which are worthy of the genius that is 'Forum Highlight of the Week'.

    Sir Flagman and Loomis.

'Intelligence without ambition is a bird without wings' - Salvador Dali 1904-1989

I think 'odd' is a good thing. Oddness shows originality, uniqueness and a desire to be different from the masses. Oddness is, maybe, only deemed 'odd' by the majority who are considered less odd but only by their own blinkered observations and understanding. Oddness should never be criticised but be encouraged to nurture, develop individualism and to explore the mind rather than conform to expectation and 'normality'. Many of the world's greatest works of art and prose were born from those minds many considered to be 'odd'.

As much as Flagman's made me laugh, it has to be LOOMIS so far.

    I quite agree.

The day a CDC is the forum highlight of the week will be a sad day.

By "relegation battle", do you mean 7th, 12th or 14th?

I enjoyed that It's the look of contentment on the face of the lion that does it.

What you can't see is that there's a gazelle in the sidecar in front ...

    Edit...

Actually, I'd pay good money to see that.

My highlight award goes to goatboy on the Bristol City thread.

I think he summed up all our feelings when Blackstock scored... He seemed pretty content with it anyway..

I must have re-read the Yeovil match thread 4 or 5 times since we went up (if your ever feeling a bit down, especially because of Forest give it a go, seriously it reminds you of why you support Forest) and Goatboy's contributions have stuck in my mind ever since.

Without even looking, for some reason, this quote not only makes me laugh, but is one that has stayed with me since that very day

If John McGovern says Permutations once more, I won't be held responsible for my actions.
Not a clue as to why, but at the time he had a point

Gary that is quite possibly the best signature I have ever seen.

I think my words were quite similar to that, when I saw celebrating the goal and being strangled. Was Class.
