Exactly this. If you watch him off the ball, he’s constantly stood close to his winger talking in his ear, little shoulders in the back off the ball, doesn’t give them room to breathe and backs it up by very rarely letting anyone get past him as well as winning his attacking battles.

My favourite thing about it is that he is the absolute picture of innocence as soon as the opposition player rises to it.

Yeh he doesn’t square up at all. Happy to just sit their getting kicked cause he knows he’s got them.

He's also our smallest player, and cowardly footballers aren't going to try it on with Samba Sow if they can with Yuri. Makes them feel like a big man if they look big n' hard by picking on someone smaller than them.

Also he clamped Smith’s leg with his own legs on purpose in that incident, to stop him getting away and waste a few seconds.

I think the ref was close enough to see what he was doing which is why Smith didn’t get a card.

    He’s a top wind-up merchant

Hadn't noticed him giving verbals. Doesn't seem the type, probably why he gets away with it. Clever little shit

Bit of a generalised comment here but the Portuguese have the football dark arts down to a tee. Always useful having a couple of those types of characters in your side, currently it's probably Samba and Yuri.

Previous to that, Jamie Ward? You know those players who are right ***** to play against but you love it when they're in your team.

I mean Lolley puts in a fine corner to a near post most of the time but all the others over the past few years have been dreadful considering they are professional footballers.
    Psycho? Short memories some folk.

And as everyone knows it is the small man who has to make up for his lack of stature by being the most aggressive.
Us tall chaps have nothing to prove, being genetically superior in every way.

He does drop very easily & tends to scream when he does. Clearly winds opposition players up.
