Kenny Miller. After Steven Gerrard inexplicably enters the field of play and misses one. Get lost, Gerrard. They're playing a piano behind Pepe Reina's goal in the Trent End...

Hits the post!!! The the MFing post! Forest are through to Wembley. 9-8 on penalties. They can't believe it. Zach Clough, Billy Sharp and Djamel Abdoun pile on John Ruddy. Can't see him, but he's under there somewhere. Forest v Blackburn for a place in the Premier League.

That's enough drama for one night, that's me John Helm, off to bed.

I thought we were gonna be here all night for bit there.

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

Well I’m going to virtually go to the virtual final, as we are virtually in the Premier league.

I hope we do more than virtually win though. Come on you Reds (and Francis).

Glorious bank holiday sunshine for the SkyShed Championship Play Off Final. Forest v Blackburn for a place in the YouTube Prem.

Both sides making their first appearance at Wembley for the first time since 1992. Forest finished higher in the league, but Rovers were heavy favourites with 7-0 the most fancied scoreline.

That's as maybe, but Forest won it 3-2. Two from Grabban, a cross from Lolley, and still time for Joe Worrall to emulate Des and put through his own net on the hallowed turf.

Not the most interesting game to finish. Welsby didn't love it.

But Forest won't care. Nobody will really, least of all me because that semi-final penalty shoot-out went on forever. Forest are promoted. So that's good.

That's that then from me the legendary John Helm. So from all of us here at Yorkshire Television have a wonderful summer.

*Salford City the team. Last final was the North West Counties League League Challenge Cup Final in 2005-06

The 2020 Shed Euros kick-off on Friday.

Fixture chucked in to a Youtube search. Result of first proper vid returned in the search counts. If the search returns no fixture it was 0-0. All penalty shoot outs just a penalty search (for penalties taken against anybody, same player can't take twice) for the each team, straight to sudden death for the greater good.

To randomise the search, before the fixture I'll enter the sum of 1900 + temperature high for the day according to the BBC in fahrenheit + the same temp in celsius.

    So 15deg = 1900 + 59 + 15 = 1974.
    30deg = 1900 + 86 + 30 = 2016.

That gives us a year in a good Youtube friendly range.

Here's a recap of what happened in the qualifying play-offs:

    max 18 today. That's 1982:

    Iceland 0 Romania 4

Hagi and mid-nineties Spurs' Romanians helped themselves to more than they'll need in goal panic buying spree in Iceland.

    Bulgaria 2 Hungary 0

    Bosnia 2 Northern Ireland 0

    Slovakia 2 Ireland 2

Last minute Slovakian equaliser, but still a decent result for Steve Staunton's men.

    Norway 0 Serbia 0

This fixture threw up some handball and a bit Eurovision, but no football. Looks destined for penos.

    Scotland 3 Israel 2
A James Forrest hat-trick handed Big Eck a narrow first leg lead.

    Georgia 2 Belarus 2

    This is niche.

    North Macedonia 0 Kosovo 0

Mostly war videos for this search. Likely to be settled by a shoot-out.

    Can't leave those play-off semi-final dangling on a knife-edge.

    ROMANIA 4 ICELAND 0
    Romania win 8-0 on aggregate.

End of an era for Iceland. Emad's fave Dan Pet-Rescue again on target.

    HUNGARY 4 BULGARIA 1
    Hungary win 4-3 on aggregate.

Scenes. Bulgaria score first to take what looks like an unassailable three goal aggregate lead, then implode as they're undone by their own shithousery. Three Bulgarians are sent for an early bath and Hungarians stage an incredible comeback

    NORTHERN IRELAND 1 BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA 2
    B&H win 4-1 on aggreagate

No Euros this time for Northern Ireland. Will Grigg combusted late on, but by that time is was already all over.

    IRELAND 2 SLOVAKIA 2
    4-4 on aggregate

Nothing to separate Martin O'Neill's Ireland and Slovakia after another ninety minutes this time played out to Euro cheese.

    Penalties....
