It was on Greek tv yesterday. It was surreal to watch this movie and in to browse coronavirus news in the breaks for commercials. Surreal and morbid.

I think I'll stick to romantic comedies and cartoons from now on.

Now they've allowed the Prime Minister and Health Secretary to become infected.

Sorry but whoever they are they've failed and need to fucking go.
The scientists were probably a couple of mates of Dominic Cummings.

It's incredible how bad British mainstream medicine is IMO. Everything is so archaic it's unreal.

You only have to look at those leading it to see how clueless they are about the human body, and how it actually works on a none-mechanical level.

Real opportunity for us to drag medicine out the dark ages here. Chances are the Tories will decide to leave it there though.

Not necessarily mates, but they probably knew they would be fired if they didn't tow the 'Cummings line'.

Wasn’t going to leave the house at all today, but father-in-law, who is in the at risk category rang, urgently needing milk and bread. Witnessed my first queuing argument at the shops between a lady and a man who she felt wasn’t a full 2 meters back from her.

ĄI believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialismď

I think 'odd' is a good thing. Oddness shows originality, uniqueness and a desire to be different from the masses. Oddness is, maybe, only deemed 'odd' by the majority who are considered less odd but only by their own blinkered observations and understanding. Oddness should never be criticised but be encouraged to nurture, develop individualism and to explore the mind rather than conform to expectation and 'normality'. Many of the world's greatest works of art and prose were born from those minds many considered to be 'odd'.

    Default The CoronaVirus MEGA Thread

People might want to familiarise themselves with the new coronvirus bill 122 thatís been passed with no objection.

Wonít be hearing about it through the box in your living room thatís for sure ...

Although I warned this was coming but nobody seemed particularly interested cause apparently the most important thing was the queuing at the supermarket

    The mobile phone tracking?

I'm all for it if that's the case. Only the guilty have something to hide.

There's a plane with 5 passengers on board: Donald Trump, Boris Johnson, Pope Francis, Angela Merkel, and a 10-year-old schoolboy.

The plane is about to crash and there are only 4 parachutes.

Trump says: "I need one. Iím the smartest man in the world and am needed to make America great again." He takes one and jumps.

Johnson says, "Iím needed to sort out Britain." He takes one and jumps.

The Pope says, "I need one as the world needs the Catholic Church." He takes one and jumps.

Merkel says to the 10-year old boy: "You can have the last parachute. I've lived my life, yours is only just starting."

The 10-year-old replies: "Donít worry, there are 2 parachutes left. The smartest man in the world took my school bag.Ē'

And thatís why the USA are heading towards a shit-storm.

It was a communication problem. There was a big meeting, some scientists babbled about immunity, Johnson, while browsing at his phone, asked one of his staff members "What's our goal?", the staff member whispered "I don't understand one bit, but I heard immunity", and the rest is history.

My MiL and FiL decided to take their daily exercise round past our house last night so they could see the grandkids from a distance... except my FiL kept creeping down the drive as he talked. I had to give him a WHOOOA in the end as I walked up right next to my daughter. 10 seconds later heís moving back down again. Some people are just thick I think

Bloke at our place him and his missus dote over their granddaughter who is 2, she stays every Friday night.

His son has put a stop on them seeing the kid till this all blows over for the safety of everyone concerned and its broke them both. It's like the blokes lost his arm.

Really , are you now setting yourself up as an expert here as well!

Try reading a little bit more about the medical profession in all its guises and maybe you will gain some understanding instead of trotting out your banal theories. This is the profession that is putting its life on the line at the moment.

How many on here have signed up for the NHS volunteer programme?
