I’ve a day off today, so made a coffee, made myself comfortable and watched it, dried my eyes and re-watched it.

Thank you and congratulations to the producers of this short film. It perfectly portrays the joy, the disappointment, the excitement, the frustrations.......the pride of being a Nottingham Forest supporter.

I know we all bicker from time to time but the Forest community spirit is clearly portrayed and everyone will agree that they feel a part of the Forest family, through the good times and the bad.

If anyone asks me why I support Nottingham Forest, that pretty much sums it up for me.

'Intelligence without ambition is a bird without wings' - Salvador Dali 1904-1989

I think 'odd' is a good thing. Oddness shows originality, uniqueness and a desire to be different from the masses. Oddness is, maybe, only deemed 'odd' by the majority who are considered less odd but only by their own blinkered observations and understanding. Oddness should never be criticised but be encouraged to nurture, develop individualism and to explore the mind rather than conform to expectation and 'normality'. Many of the world's greatest works of art and prose were born from those minds many considered to be 'odd'.

Was it a decent one though?

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

Thanks to everyone who has watched, commented, shared and liked the video. I really appreciate it and it's really moving to see so much nice feedback on this.

Looks like we might not be playing matches for a few weeks, so if you do forget what Forest and Football feel like, give it another watch as well.

I'd like to say thank you for this.

My son and I watched it this afternoon.

I don't want to bore everyone again but living in North London my son is an Arsenal convert. It was only a matter of time after my 14 year subliminal psychological war. That and the 150th anniversary march that I took him on that is covered in this excellent piece. Burnley away, under Mr Davies the 2nd time around, also turned his head. Nothing like Forest away!

    Simply brilliant.
