Agree - I reckon five wins from the last 10 games will be enough to do it.

I honestly think that if that chance that came to Diakhaby in the dying seconds had come to anyone else - literally anyone else on our team - I think we may have won that game. I also think, with the benefit of hindsight, that if we'd made the subs 5 minutes earlier we would have won.

I was amazed he didn't make changes at half time. He hooked Yates at half time when things were going much better than they were last night.

Unfortunately, I think any chance of automatic promotion disappeared some time ago.

The top 2 are well placed to pull clear, leaving the play-off battle behind.

We should comfortably make the top 6, but because it's Forest they'll undoubtedly make the heaviest work possible of it.

I can feel an upcoming penalty shootout in my bones.

I'm not you sure you've stressed this enough.

anyone would think it was only Diakhaby and Semedo that were poor last night. Top performers like Lolley,Cash,Ameobi and Worrall were all very poor as well.

To me, Yates looks so immobile and clunky...yes he runs a lot but even when hes running he looks like hes running in quick sand. At home id like us to go with Carva and Bostock if weve got injuries

But given its Millwall, im not sure for this Friday other than Semedo shouldnt start

But top performers have got us here

Semedo, Yates, Diakhaby and others haven’t done fuck al this season

And don’t offer nothing week in week out

This needs stressing at every possible opportunity

It is the biggest drop off once one of the best 11 are injured I think I’ve ever seen

And it says something about just how deluded we all are over our youth set up when none of them can get in over the likes of Diakhaby

    Watson was worse.

Would any of them really have offered less than Diakhaby has though? He must getting in purely on experience at this point, because it can't be for his effectiveness.

I know people would moan about the lack of depth if we relied on Acadamy products behind the first 11, but quite frankly we're paying a bunch of senior reserves money for nothing at this point.

I assume what those statements actually mean and what you want them to mean are different things.

While it's true that Semedo and Yates were disappointing last night, certainly in possession, it is also true that our better players were equally poor. Lolley's set pieces were mainly garbage and Ameobi ran head down into blind alleys even more than usual. They both have credit in the bank, though, that the others don't.

Cash looked tired, but on the other side Ribeiro was trying all night to make something happen.

Joao was a bright spark, Bostock looked solid and better in possession. Would I play both on Friday? Probably not but I'd defo have one in and ensure the other was likely to get some game time. I'd have Johnson or Mighten ready too, we need that creative spark.

Sabri seems to have trouble when his favourite first XI are not all present and correct. The balance never seems right which seems to throw some of the established players off their stride.

Impossible to throw Diakhaby off his stride, though, as he never really gets into it. The Huddersfield fans know it, why didn't our recruitment team listen to them?

Otherwise, it's a point which, somehow, never really looked likely, regroup and go again. We can't be as bad on Friday, can we?

3-4 tops and a couple of draws, Bristol et al won't win 6-7 games from the last 10.

Finishing 5th or 6th would suit us best, we would play away in the 2nd leg.

Not sure the recruitment team listening to fan opinions would help anything.
Although they probably should have seen Diakhaby with their own eyes and confirmed what those fans thought.

You don't seriously think I actually meant it in that way? I meant if the fans know it surely the experts know it, too.

Well, you did specifically pose the question of the recruitment team asking for fans opinions? We've had plenty of examples of players who've come here in the past that weren't given glowing endorsements by their former fans - and some have actually been quite good.

If my lightness of mood confused you, I apologise. It's sometimes difficult to convey meaning with the written word.

Totally agree mate especially as we are making money of transfer spend.

Does anyone know forest’s accounts well? I basically want to know if it too much to ask that forest have a 5 mill negative net spend per season? Nothing absurd just a 5 mill net spend? We’ve made money on transfers since Fawaz cane I believe.
