    I added a poll also.

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

I've gone for a draw, it will be another WBA style game and I'm not sure we have a preferred lineup nailed down yet.
Not worried about our defense but I haven't factored Muric in that statement....Our lack of finishing in final third will be our undoing from taking all the points

After last night I think the team might look a bit different from the Leeds line-up.
I'd want to see Samba in goal.
Muric may well be one for the future but that's not our future.
He is a nervous accident waiting to happen at the moment.
Jenkinson and Robierio should start in the full-back positions.
    My starting XI would be:
    Samba
    Jenks Figs Wozza Robiers
    Sox Bostock
    Cash Semedo Lolley
    Grabban
Subs: Muric Dawson Robinson Johnson Ameobi Appiah Mir
I think Silva likely to struggle against Brum and midfield is going to be key.
And ffs SL, make someone stay up on the half-way line when Brum have a corner!

Re the corner issue it's been a bug bear of mine for years. We've done it manager after manager. I don't understand why we pull every single player back.

The outcome is obvious. We clear the ball and it comes straight back in and then if that's cleared comes it comes back in again because we still have the striker back in the box. It means instead of just defending the original corner we potentially defend 2 or 3 ball in.

It drives me mad when the solution is simple.

Personally this game takes on a bit of significance, even this early.

I see workrate, but nowhere near a 'team'.

If your playing two at the base then Id play Semedo alongside Bostock, ideal combo of one sitting & making passes & the other driving forward. If Carvalho takes his place in front then even better, but Silva has a part to play when we're trying to open teams up.

Bostock, Semedo, Carvalho/Silva looks the ideal three. Some may want bostock on his own given we're playing at home & should be on the front foot.

I dont get the early significance, maybe we should just enjoy taking points of the inevitable league winners on their own pitch & dumping Fleetwood out the cup. then theres the passing game thats coming on, the B team showing their willing to graft for a first team shirt & two promising performances from academy players.

With some positives to get your teeth into, ramping up the pressure just looks like an attempt to derail the thing.

I might be looking for positives here, but I can't see anyone at Birmingham to worry about or the team as a whole posing a great threat, so I'm going for a good win.

Finally our team will have a bit of shape and cohesion. I hope.

14 votes and nobody has yet voted for „Trevor Francis“.

    Disappointed.

I can see Mouch sticking with Muric a little while longer. While Samba had more presence, Muric got us on the attack a lot quicker which I think is what LM is after. All eyes will be one him though.

    My team for Brum

    Muric - See above
Yuri - Played well last night, faster than Robbo which Leeds took advantage time and time again.
Dawson - I would have Milo here but seems either injured or not in SM plans. I'm leaning more and more towards the latter which would be a shame and a waste.
Cheema - Daws to help new boy out
Jenkinson - Was fitter(and faster) than I was expecting. 90mins last night so won't be a massive surprise if Cash starts again instead.
Bostock - In at DM in place of Watson
Semedo - One of the first names down at the mo
Silva - Was surprised he played the full 90 last night. Perhaps getting more match fit.
Lolley - Of course but on left instead of Adomah.
Cash - On the right wing. Adomah's resting yesterday will prob see him in though.
    Grabban - the usual starter.

A few options of course with such a big squad. I wouldn't mind seeing Sow in at DM, pushing Bostock up alongside Semedo and give Silva a rest.
