    Monday to Friday while working


    Cup of Tea 06:30
    Breakfast 06:45
    First Cob while driving to next job( no breaks) 10:00
    Second Cob 12 ish ( No breaks )
    Tea 16:00 - 16:30
    1900 maybe a snack.
    2200 bed.

    1300 Lunch
    1500 Fruit
    1800 Dinner
    2200 Sleep

    07:00pm Tea
    08:30pm - 02:30am tea and biscuits
    03:00am pot noodle

    4.30am 20k run
    6.00am one segment of a grapefruit
    6.30am Gym
    7.30am Breakfast quinoa and forest fruits
    11.00am Brunch a quinoa bar
    12.30pm Gym
    1.00pm Lunch some goji berries and linseed.
    5.00pm a vegetable smoothie
    5.30pm Gym
    6.30pm a 10k run
    7.30pm Dinner cous cous and mung beans
    9.00pm bed
