    Default Léo Bonatini

Striker From Wolves... Started last season on fire for them scoring 12 in 20 but then failed to score again after Xmas. Barely been used in the Premier League.

Would take that, he’s a good player.

Interestingly he was on the verge of joining PAOK a week or so ago but it fell through last minute.

And we were linked to him in the summer. He is on high wages.

And how many strikers do you need?

We need strikers that can score regularly. Unless Soudani or Karim can get game time, if lewis goes off the boil then we are reliant on Murphy which is not a great position to be in

We currently have 3, but one of those is 35 year old Daryl Murphy and another is Ansarifard who probably won't be relied upon by the manager. That leaves Grabban as the only striker we have that is of genuine quality at this level.

I don't think a striker should be a priority, but I wouldn't be against Bonatini coming in as he would easily a better option to have than Murphy and Ansarifard IMO.

It's one of those that is difficult to argue against as a good addition. Solid signing and better than what we have with the exception of Grabban. It's a yes from me.

Wolves signing Azmoun - Iran’s main striker (alongside Ansarifard).

Assume that will open the door for this deal.

I don't disagree in principle, but 5 strikers (if one includes Soudani) is an overkill. If you ship out Ansarifard or Murphy, yes, Bonatini would be a very good addition.

We need strikers who wouldn't need time getting used to this damn league. Or, we also need strikers who MON and co wants.

Soudani can play upfront, in a similar manner to how Osborn can play left back. More of a winger or a wide forward really. Ideally one of Ansarifard or Murphy will go if Bonatini comes in, a loan deal for the latter would certainly be a possibility for a top 6 League One club or lower Championship club.

Soudani didn't flourish up front in that cup game - is then when he went off injured though?

thats the thing, if we now start playing 2 up front we have overkill in the midfield.

Fuck Ansarifard off & get Bonatini in. That wasnt too difficult to find room.

Leo Bonatini, Wolves striker, very close to finalising loan deal to Nottingham Forest. Forest have beaten off interest from a number of clubs to land the Brazilian. #wwfc #nffc

2 Brazilians signed in one day. Amazing

Brazilians speak Portuguese so we are gathering a happy band who can at least understand and support each other.

He looks like someone who thrives off the ball being put into the box.

We really need a direct winger who can power past people and put the ball in dangerous areas.

Might complicate the Bonatini thing and possibly give reason for the noise about Vydra?

    I just thought this too.

By all accounts Bonatini is on his way for a medical but that could pull the plug in the deal.

Maybe that's why Vydra has come up?
