    I see in the nffc timeline that a lot of people are influenced by Greek reports that Tachtsidis does not lead an exemplary off the pitch life. I think these reports are doubly biased. First, they are biased by the reason he had to leave Olympiacos, which was, as I explained the other day, a bit of an over the top reaction by the club. Secondly, they are biased by the player's past. As a young man, Tachtsidis was, indeed, rumoured to be something of a party animal. But he is 27 now, married (to a former model / minor celebrity) and (a few months ago) a father. Things like that change a person.

    I really doubt that the nightlife of Nottingham will cause him to relapse.

    if he will manage to have a nightlife in Nottingham similar to Athens, no offense , then the guy should be considered as a real idol.

    but again, this is a little bit of a history. now a lot of those are left in past. he was a young guy ...playing around.

    he is a good player guys. i just hope he will prove it there.
