He plays wide right. Currently only Lolley and Cash cover that area. Cash might get moved to central midfield, or right back.

If Soudani and this guy come in then we could have something like:

    Panti
    Cash Toby Dawson NewLB
    Watson Vukcevic
    Soudani Carvalho Goncalves
    NewSt

With Smith, Worrall, Darikwa, Osborn, Lolley, Gil, Brereton on the bench...

It certainly seems to be moving along approaching the 25th, wonder if that’s what Aitor was one greece regarding

Are we allowed to field a train station up front?

We had an Irish traction engine up front last season, so it won't make too much difference.

Highly doubt Cash will play right back other than to cover suspensions and injuries. We'll sign another right back I'm sure.

Seems a lot of the rumoured signings are from Europe, perhaps fishing in the same waters as Olympiacos? It's nice to see deals get done efficiently and without fuss, makes a nice change from the tedious drawn out sagas we are all used to.

Some thoughts on him from last season: https://www.violanation.com/2018/4/8...d-early-return

Should still be a great signing for the Championship, especially at 21 years of age.

He definitely looks like a bench option at first with his pace and dribbling eating up so much ground so quickly and against tiring legs it will be lethal.

Supposedly has a market value of 17.5m

I was just going to say this. I can imagine fullbacks who've had lolley/diogo running at them all game won't be particularly pleased to have this lad coming on.

Isnt Soudani a centre forward? leaving Dias to play on the right, rotating with Lolley

    We can.

Temple Meads is the next one in, apparently.

The energy and hard work of Cash and Lolley to wear them out, followed by the flair, pace and technique of the Portugese lads to open the door...

It only takes a second to score a goal.

Every time I see his name I think, who is this Gil Bastiao character and why are we announcing that he has just passed away

Looking so much like the Wolves project every day.

Obviously not knowing who the RB, LB are and assuming we sign Panti, Vukcevic, Soudani, Dias and Bamford (although Perce still mentions Grabban).

I think the only Brits that didn't come through our academy would be Fox, Watson and Lolley.

Surrounding our young players with genuine quality is nice too.

Are we actually linked with Bamford or are you all just winding me up?

Glad we're targeting younger players with plenty of upside. Hope we don't become too reliant on Mendes, though.

Only Brits/Irish in the Wolves squad last season

    John Ruddy
    Matt Doherty (academy)
    Danny Batth (academy)
    Ryan Bennett
    Conor Coady
    Barry Douglas
    Morgan Gibbs-White (academy)

All defence bar the highly gifted 17/18 year-old Gibbs-White

Bamford can fuck off, we only want proper Forest people who are committed to the club.

I see a few seem to think this guy is going to come here to sit on the bench.
Looks like a starter to me.

Can't wait for can they do it on a rainy Tuesday night in Stoke from the opposition fans.

Just going to love it that beneath the extremely gifted young foreign talent we have loads of hard workers who have talent too.

Not that the foreign lads don't work hard of course.

Seems when we are linked with a British players we are either miles away on the valuation or the wages.

We gotta go to the place that gets us the best player at the best value, if it means going abroad then so be it.

Interestingly, Matt Doherty and Barry Douglas were their two main wing backs.

Nothing particularly special, but both solid experienced pros who knew what was needed at this level.

Encouraging thing for me is all our flair, attacking players we are going for are all young so are gonna have that work ethic.

One thing is guarenteed next season is we are gonna look a very different side and will probably catch a few clubs off guard. I think us and Leeds are the teams I would wanna avoid early on in the season for that surprise factor.
