    It possibly was just edging that way but I don't like them over sauced, plenty of mint yoghurt on the side made it spot on.

    Looks nice but when youve got rice as well i do like summat moist to help it along. To much yougart can spoil it.

    Stuffed peppers for lunch today

    Been a fairly strict diet for three weeks
    Low carbs and nothing processed at all. Little booze too
    Have managed to lose nearly 4kg in three weeks , including a long weekend away where I had a few beers
