    Cut three red peppers and two onions into chunks. Toss them in olive oil, then sprinkle over fresh thyme. Stick in the oven for 30 mins to roast. Meanwhile boil your pasta (if dried) and fry some chopped garlic in oil. When the garlic is done add a jar of Passata. When the peppers and onions are done roasting, let them cool and stick in a food processor, whizz until chunky, mix with the pasatta, then the pasta. Stuck the whole lot in a dish, top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
    Enjoy.

    It's going on the menu! I'm trying to get a few more meat-free dishes on the menu but there's resistance! Fortunately;
    A. I do all the cooking.
    B.I don't give a fuck.

    One one with the pulled pork and fried onions and a low alcohol ghost ship which was nice.

    Same. It gradually turned the other way in the end, she wants veggie meals all the time now. It’s one of the reasons I bought the Foreman, if one of us fancies meat it’s quick and easy to do.

    Doing a vegetable broth, with plenty of garlic, chilli, paprika and various herbs.
    Smells amazing already...

    I love paella. It has to be one of my favourite dishes.

    I think 'odd' is a good thing. Oddness shows originality, uniqueness and a desire to be different from the masses. Oddness is, maybe, only deemed 'odd' by the majority who are considered less odd but only by their own blinkered observations and understanding. Oddness should never be criticised but be encouraged to nurture, develop individualism and to explore the mind rather than conform to expectation and 'normality'. Many of the world's greatest works of art and prose were born from those minds many considered to be 'odd'.

    I like being woken up with a blow job so we'll just have to fight it out.
