Crispy pork with Thai kale, rice and a fried egg.

The snowman table cloth seems even weirder seeing as I'm sitting on the beach in shorts and a t shirt...

Rocket & romaine salad with peppers, cucumbers & dill. Green beans, cheddar biscuits, salmon cooked on a bed of pineapple with a coriander, dill and Thai sweet chili glaze.

    I miss the Christmas tablecloth.

I think 'odd' is a good thing. Oddness shows originality, uniqueness and a desire to be different from the masses. Oddness is, maybe, only deemed 'odd' by the majority who are considered less odd but only by their own blinkered observations and understanding. Oddness should never be criticised but be encouraged to nurture, develop individualism and to explore the mind rather than conform to expectation and 'normality'. Many of the world's greatest works of art and prose were born from those minds many considered to be 'odd'.

I am now on the right side of a massive sausage, bacon, egg, beans and fried bread fry-up!

    Pfft.....

I'm an hour and 22 minutes away from finishing a 24 hour fast.

I shall break it with 2 rice cakes.

    Rock 'n' roll, baby.

This is the ‘what you eating thread’, not the ‘what you not eating’.

Go and have a sausage roll.

    Oh FFS.

Well, now that I've broken the fast, I'm just about to sit down to some brown rice, alongside a concoction of homemade veg curry and half a roasted head of cauliflower.

My tastebuds are jangling in anticipation.

Then I'm going to ruin it all with a pint tonight while talking with my delectable 22 year old personal trainer, the cosplay girl, I posted about elsewhere, earlier today

That'll be it for today though, 2 rice cakes, some brown rice, curry and cauliflower and a pint, possibly two if I'm feeling rebellious.

I admire your discipline Keith.....I talk about eating better all the time but then remember how delicious food is.

I’m also disciplined- I had a microwave sausage pasta and a whole garlic bread for tea. The discipline comes in not leaving any garlic bread.

Shit night shift, wake up, make my favourite breakfast. Eggs with hot sauce on a shitty winter morning is hard to beat.

    Yeah, I'm so disciplined.

Met my personal trainer/cosplay mate for a cheeky pint, all good, apart from the additiomnal 4 double gin and tonics

But, at least I only had 1 pint, right?

    Of what, Gin?

I'm just contemplating what to have for breakfast right now.

Cup of coffee and a ciggie?

    Cup of coffee and porridge?

    Decisions, decisions.

Coffee and fag it is then.

Think I'll have breakfast at dinner time

I’m going for a curry tonight, first time in ages. Thinking of playing it safe with maybe a Bhuna or Balti.

Not this time mate! It’s all on the drum teacher that works for missus, so I’ll be ordering a decent bottle of wine as soon as I get in there
