Iím not sure where you get your stats from but the whole team didnít play well against Reading. Shane Duffyís same stats against manure were 3 & 4. Does that make DFs performance better? Stats can only tell you so much.

When the defence is being peppered with attacks, the stats are always likely skewed. Iím trying to look at the bigger picture.

We are getting penetrated far too easy down the flanks and our organisation at the back isnít right. I donít think Fox is helping at all. Heís done ok, but I think we could do far better.

Look folks, just as we've been mainly predictable over the last two decades, this might be the season where it all comes together beautifully, sod's law tells us that.

The early signs aren't great but there have been positives.

We've just got to let the ride continue, hold on tight and hope for the best.

    U Redzzz

You can't have it both ways.

Youíre right. I know nothing (nor want to) of the quality of your BJís nor Maseís appreciation of them.
I just know that if Iíd have forked out over £25m for one - Iíd expect it to be amongst the best

Apologies Dan my pathetic way of showing that I enjoy reading all the positive posters on here, as Congo says far better than I can later on reading some of these threads can seriously depress you.

It is not about last year, even if you have the same Manager/ Board it is about now and the facts. I do appreciate many of the posters who write very clearly about our performances and the weaknesses they have witnessed. But when it is portrayed in such a fashion as to support their negative agenda or the fact they still love MW or any other previous manager then it is just boring. Chris Cohen wrote last year about the negative atmosphere that can be felt at the CG by the players and that comes across in some of the posts on here. We have got to change that and find a way of getting our club into the the Premier league. We now have the infrastructure in place and hopefully we can challenge this year which I am sure everybody would be pleased to support. We are the 12th man that is why I love what FG are trying to do.
