It wasn't in Stabbo was it? Bloke I work with has a hard on for his little axe, he was chopping through soil to get to roots a few weeks ago, bloody great mattock on the floor next to him while he's on his knees chucking soil everywhere, I had to regrind the edge, the nob

They are Roo , I am completely pissed off tbh , We have had it on auction since June and we have reduced the price to just £65k
Despite that folk want it for fuck all , We have put in notice to withdraw from sale .
The cottage next door has been "done up "
And sold for £100k 2 years ago.
It will cost me £20k max to do it up
    So that's £10k -£15k profit
I reckon I could walk away with nearer £20k profit but I didn't need the hassle at this moment in time as you know.
But my anger at the cheeky bastards that think they can get it for nothing has given me a new lease of life and I am ready to go.

I'd bang it on Gumtree or similar saying exactly what you've said above and see what interest you get.

Auction sites are great, but attract either investors who don't give a shit if they piss you off or the desperate taking the mickey.

Cash price, no offers, see if someone bites.

The young German couple who were staying spotted the compost monster. It was a badger.
It's still an ongoing war with the ants. The bastards.

Old mower, given to me by a friend as he couldn't get it running. The gasket between carb and fuel tank needed changing. Anyway after a few years it's fallen apart as can be seen.
I refuse to pay much for a mower so looked on eBay and bagged the other one for £43. Bit of a bargain really, pull chord had snapped and it was then unused for about 3 years. All sorted, alloy body and despite me not knowing the make it appears a quality item.
    Happy days.

The alloy body is a good sign, you wouldn't bother with that if the rest of it was crap. I'm impressed.

Bargain that. If the ants hadn't stolen all my grass seed I could have put that to good use.
