If civilisation consists of lawns with yellow patches and mounds of dog shite, you can keep it.

I know that it is the concentration of nitrates that do it but is there a type of grass that thrives on excessive nitrates of a treatment to neutralise them?
There's a tablet you can buy that you dissolve in your dog's water in the dog bowl, it helps dilute strength the pee. No more dead grass.

Antifreeze in the dog bowl works permanently.

    Karaka (not Karanka) Blackberry Bushes.

I've just bought a couple of these giant blackberry bushes, anyone on here grown any before? They look pretty impressive.

Planted the start of my herb garden today and put down some grass seed to repair the dog piss damage. Whilst sowing the grass seed I could sense someone watching me, turned around and I swear to god the fucking pigeon was sat in a tree licking it's bastard beak.

Joking apart , One of my customers goes to the trouble of buying bird seed so he can trap the wood pigeon and eat the breasts.
Fair play he is using a resource and does all the work himself .
I would never have a problem with it being used for food as it's natural and sustainable.

We.had a little rat problem in our kitchen. I put poison down, which went quickly but didn't stop the problem. So I decided to pull out all the appliances and units and block the holes up. While I was doing it a biggest rat popped head from around the washing machine saw me and disappeared. Then a few did the same thing. And then again. So I waited to try and catch it. Each time it came out it was in the same spot but I couldn't catch it. Eventually got the Mrs to nip over to my mates and get a pellet gun. While she had gone it popped out another couple of times. She turn up with the gun, and i stood and waited, sights trained on the spot. And I waited. Then, out of the corner of my eye I noticed it popped out on the other side of the washing machine and winked knowingly and disappeared again. Never did get to shoot it.

I had one in me kitchen, took me three days to get the little bastard & I’d tried glue pads & such like but in the end I got with some chocolate in a trap, it was massive and wriggling like fuck in the trap but it had to die
