Default Matchday 31: Hull City Fan Comments

We need a win. Desperately. Genuinely feel if we get beat today that's it.

Destined for League One. Forest 3-0 City.

Adkins is probably the worst manager in hull city history.

They are stuck in mid table limbo but sacked their manager lol

We literally have to hope for a miracle with adkins, pathetically useless manager
we'd be better with jan molby.

Certainly can't see a win today, best we can hope for is a draw I fear.

I'm in Nottingham and just seen the team.
    Thinking I'm either gong to;
A - get the first train out of Nottingham.
    Or
    B - book a table at hooters for 3pm.

    Shocker of a penalty.

    What the ****, get in!!!!

This is one of the strangest matches, neither team can string 4 passes together, just getting hoofed one end to the other.

    We are out hoofing them.

We're least worse at the moment.

We have not attacked like this since Sluts left, not sure if its down to team selection, Adkins taking the handbrake off or if FC Massive the 2nd are just ****! Who gives a **** either way.

Can we play forest every week.

Incredibly, it was Feb 2014 when we last led 2-0 away from home.

They're **** at the back, they should have used the window to sign someone like Michael Dawson...

Please may I be pedantic ? We are (rightly) upset when people close to and far from Hull refer to us as something other than Hull City. Please could we show the same respect that we ask for and call Nottingham Forest by their proper name. It's*Notts*County but*Nottingham*Forest. Thank you.

It's done deliberately, they should be grateful we've stopped calling them FC Massive 2. Gobby ****ers.

Forest aren't offering much at all.

Best fans in the world leaving early...

Florist fans leaving the ground, same every match, their fans still think they’re famous so should walk over everyone, my Preston pal told me same thing happened when they played them a couple of weeks ago.

Great win .. comfortable and professional..

Thats two games against Forest without Dawson and two wins.

They hit the post but didn't have shot on target all game.

Their fans were quiet and the City ground lived up to its name again.

Went today played very well, went one nil up which was a great start, favourite moment their fans standing up cheering when we missed the penalty 30seconds later they sound sat down again. Thought overall we had much the better chances and well deserved the win.

Amazed they didn't change formation when they saw how easily we snuffed them out.

Sorry to be that miserable **** , but I never realised Forest were in such poor form.

Funny how some people (including me) were saying how they wouldn't have minded Karanka before NA got the job. Looks like we dodged a bullet.

Some damning comments. But hard to argue against them.

Thanks for posting Calv. Can't have been fun scouring round for those rank-but-true comments.

That makes painful reading but thanks Calvin.

I think 'odd' is a good thing. Oddness shows originality, uniqueness and a desire to be different from the masses. Oddness is, maybe, only deemed 'odd' by the majority who are considered less odd but only by their own blinkered observations and understanding. Oddness should never be criticised but be encouraged to nurture, develop individualism and to explore the mind rather than conform to expectation and 'normality'. Many of the world's greatest works of art and prose were born from those minds many considered to be 'odd'.

Best fans in the world? FC Massive? What’s that all about.

Considering most teams seem to beat us at the City Ground and their fans don’t sing at all, it’s amazing they’ve always got something to say about our fans.

We left against Preston because we conceded a third goal in the 90th minute, why hang around for injury time At least we actually turn up.

A fair few of these teams have been in the Prem a lot more recently than us too, Hull have even won a cup. None of them fill their section either which is ironic given the calls for us to vacate the entire stand to accommodate the 1 or 2 teams that might actually fill it.

I hope their skateboard broke down on the way home.

Yes, I hope they didn’t break too many windows in their glasshouse

    Thanks calvin.

Reading the first few entries they are humble and hoping for the best.

By the end they are shouting how crap we are and being slightly offensive. I know our fans can be like that, too, it's just such a marked change in the comments.

Can't say I'm too bothered who goes down, but wouldn't break my heart if it was them.

What is FC Massive 2 all about?

    Weird (shit) club Hull.

Most home fans are quiet but both the following and noise generation from their away lot are pitiful.

    They brought 943!

So Adkins brought a new manager bounce akin to that which Karanka has brought to Forest.
I think Karanka will achieve similar results to Adkins while he sorts out the crock of pooh he took over and blends in the new players.
Still enough time to lose a few more games before hitting that winning streak.
I just hope we don't hit the buffers before he turns it around.

    I think I know what's happening.

Marinakis has instructed AK to lose every game as badly as possible and to just avoid relegation so that next season he can put £50 on us winning the Championship at 10 million - 1.

I might have a fiver myself.

    Top plan.

    FC Massive the 2nd

I assume Leeds United are FC Massive the 1st?

    Thought that was quite witty.

Can't really disagree with anything they've said.
