I just dont think we have the character yet for it.... or the thrashing that may come with it.

Tough fixtures straight after as well.....history suggests Forest only need a knock and then it goes to shit.

Default FA Cup 3rd Round draw

I imagine they are cashing in on the Arsenal support. Surely the whole of the Lower Bridgford will be given over to them.

Perhaps we also have some stellar signings lined up to come straight in at the beginning of the transfer window on the Monday before the tie.

Perhaps we’re having naked cheerleaders too.

Who knows, but on their past form, they make good business decisions. Hopefully this one is too.

Heck, it could be to show off our new manager

Food for thought here, lifted from the 2017-18 FA Cup Competition rules:

    "(ii) Competition Proper
Immediately after the draw is known, the Club playing at home shall decide on the prices of admission, subject to a minimum price of £10.00 for all spectators other than concessions.
The away Club’s spectators can only be charged more than the home Club’s spectators if mutually agreed by both Clubs.

    (iii) Season tickets
Each Club participating in the competition is to advise The Association in writing by 31 August in the year of the Competition whether their season tickets entitle the
holder to attend Challenge Cup matches. In addition those clubs that include admission to Challenge Cup matches within the cost of the season ticket are also to
advise The Association of the total value (including VAT) and number of the Club’s season ticket sales for that season. Any season ticket sales after 31 August are to be
    advised to The Association."

Forest haven't made many poor decisions this season, but this is one.

    "This statement is false."

I'm sure for Cup games the visitors get an increased percentage of the seating, so the Arse will probably get the whole of the LB.

£25 is perfectly reasonable for a game against the current FA cup champions.

Fans want th3 club to comply with FFP and also sign new players whilst moaning about putting their own money in.

Just stop whining, get a ticket and support the boys.

Its a bit steep to be fair. Id be happier to pay it if I got a say in which players we were signing.

    Sunday at 4.00pm!
    We aint in great form
    We're gonna get smashed
We may play a weakened side
They may well play a weakened side.

£25 is way past the point for folk to say fuck it I aint bothering.

Should have been a £15 tops.

If they give out a free half-and-half scarf with every ticket then I'm sold

Season ticket holders may feel hard done by but the fact is Arsenal, regardless of the team they field is a big draw that will bring enough day trippers through the turnstiles to more than compensate for the season ticket holders who object to paying that kind of money.

Last season it was £20 and people went arguing it was a good deal (then avoided the next league game which was cheaper), im more annoyed that theyve only given season ticket holders till the 20th to reserve their seat, could of extended it till just after xmas (or even till the 22nd as thats allot of peoples pay day) and allowed non st holders to buy non reserved seats, instead now ot makes the run up to Christmas that little bit tighter on the budget.

Regardless of the ticket price we're going to get a tonking for this one.

As a daytripper I think that they should have been £15 each to season ticket holders (limited to 1 ticket each) and £35 to daytrippers.

Look after those who have made the investment and cash in on the rest.
