Reported this morning on a Greek site and now picked up by the Post so might as well give him his own thread.

Not tall enough for Nottingham Forest.

But he can play left back, hmmm.

A good signing. Take our word for this. He will take the jersey of left back, permanently at a home.

Forgot to ask, is he 5'8" with or without the top knot?

A player in their prime at 27, an international, in our weakest position, and for a low fee? Sounds perfect - sing him up!

    More chance of Jack Nicklaus.

His current contract at Panathinaikos is in the area of £8500 a week.

Not good enough for Vital's The Jock. Then again, as I clearly recall, neither were both Jokic and Pinillos when they were initially linked.

That's quite low for a Championship player. Providing he's not looking for over £15-20k a week I can't see it deterring our management.

Cheap to buy and cheap to pay (I wish I was 8.5k a week) got to be worth a bid.

I walk around like everything is fine but deep down, in my shoe, my sock is sliding off.

Gerrim in. Looks like he's decent at crossing and always keen to play a cheeky ball in. Ben will benefit.

Sounds good, hopefully hes a good player we've had a rather poor return on players playing in the greek league..

I quite like Traore, but if I have to listen to the idiot behind me calling him Tory and shouting abuse at him for 90 minutes, even if he plays well. I might jump in the Trent.

For that reason any left back will do. Preferably named Smith or Jones so he can't fuck it up.

I donít think heís half as bad as some make out. His attitude sometimes is questionable. And he has a more languid style. So is probably an easy target.
I think more pace and presence in midfield, new centre back and new striker are for me more pressing areas.

More pressing than left back? Even if we get past the Traore's useless issues, we then have to consider he's a wafer biscuit.

Lichaj & Mancienne can't fill in either.

    Left back is crucial.
