No doubt Lidl senior management will be shitting themselves in anticipation of the significant dip in profits that'll bring!
I'm sure Aldi Derby are taking in extra stocks of lighter fluid and matches to cope with demand.

Was he not supposed to be the next big thing () for them?

They just don’t seem to develop their young players into their first team, preferring instead to go out and buy.

I know which approach I prefer.

Played against players like that myself... they are essentially men strengthwise when the rest are boys... which means they stand out.... they then get pushed and pushed and eventually fall to the wayside as others catch up and fly past because they havent been able to rely on strength.

Id be pretty confident that if you looked at the youngest scorers or appearance makers for all 92 clubs... 90% you'd say either "who?" or "i remember him.... whatever happened to him?"

    Its usually how it works.

Aye... I remember Miles Addison the new 'Sheepie Wonder Kid'. Was seen but never heard of again.

Saw on a sheep forum a while ago one fan moaning about when the last player they brought all the way through their academy and had an impact on their first team was, as they couldn't think of any...

Someone replied Will Hughes and was then informed that he signed from us
