With McAnthony, it’s all about driving the prices up.

He is after all only considered with his club and nobody else.

The guy is still a massive tool though.

Reminds me of the Jack Hobbs signing from Hull.

Of course we'll sell him to you for £1m, but hang on a minute, he's on the transfer list now and oops, Reading and Wigan are interested!

I think with Peterborough, everyone knows that all their players are available if you have money to spend.

They clearly have something going for them though if you think of all the players they've signed for next to nothing and sold for millions.

It’s the same for any club in L1/L2. McAnthony just plays the game better than anyone else at the expense of his club getting promoted.

He probably doesn’t even want them to go up.

Will start to get a bit hyped if we land him. Think he's a cracking player.

May take him a bit of time to make the step up, but his have a go attitude & confidence to try anything will be great to see here.

It would be nice to get someone who can deliver a consistently good set-piece.

Been a while since we had one of them.

I was more impressed by his accuracy (even with the wrong foot) under pressure. Looks promising.

I really like Msddison. He's more in line with the type of player we should be targeting. Anyone we spend money on should be getting linked to bigger clubs in 6/12 months.

Almost all of those clips start with not much danger at all and end up with him creating something. You don't normally see many highlight reels like that.

Not sure how we could go wrong picking up him & Maddison.

He's so good, we're going to sign him twice?

Looks neat on the video, although he's given a lot of space in some of the clips. Never the less, looks cool as a cucumber and good control of his feet.

I hope we get a sniff, but wouldn't be surprised to see him go off to the premier league or at least to one of the relegated teams.

Any idea why nobody signed him last summer when he was transfer listed ?

Really like the look of him.

Hopefully we can throw a few of our weak links at the Posh to lower any transfer fees involved for Marriott and Maddison. I can only imagine that Steve Evans would be able to squeeze a few cans of custard out of his chafed little nubbin at the thought of getting to manage a player like Jamie Ward. Those two were made for each other

I think Jorge Grant could be good bait to Peterborough.

They tend to target younger players they can develop and sell on, so I doubt they'd want most of our dross.

    Grant, Walker, Yates perhaps?

Grant I would take the gamble and let him go in a swap but Yates, are you on crack?

Gotta understand there logic, prices in the championship have gone out of control. The most interest they can get will only increase the price.

I wasn't suggesting we should offer them those players. Just that they are the sort Posh are more likely to be interested in.
