I watched England play Yugoslavia in that stadium in 1987 - hell of a trip that was! I hope you get the same result England did that night.
It won't be easy. The atmosphere will be great though, given the fact that our ultras and red star's are having a great brotherhood relationship.

But it will be tough since they also look forward this game to take the points at home. Tottenham and Bayern are a different class. So there will be blood...

We need to stay focused and fight for each ball and every inch on the pitch.

I hope we'll both take what we want.

    COME ON YOU OLYMPIAKOS
    COME ON YOU FOREST
    COME ON YOU REDS

Terrible second half. We got a terrible red card, huge ref mistake and then we didn't do anything. We couldn't stand the pressure.

Anyway. We'll see how this will end. Our target was always the third place. It's still possible

Arsenal in for Podence apparently, to think we thought he may of been coming here at one point.

The 25m price tag mentioned by the media is ridiculous. Podence's end product does not justify this sum (yet). He's really great in creating havoc in the opponent's defence but his final effort and decision making (finishing or passing) are still really poor.

More than shocking, it was disgusting and infuriating, a deliberate and completely unprovoked raid. We haven't had problems with violence in European matches for the last ten years, and these dastard bastards thought it was a good idea to attack unsuspecting people watching a youth match, smearing the name of the club. They even beat up our own fans, including a kid.

At least one arrest was made, hopefully they'll catch them all.

    80 fans on 40 scooters?

Is there some sort of scooter shortage in Piraeus?

At least we know „Big“ Evangelos wasn’t involved. There’s no way you’d get him-plus-one on a scooter.

Thinking about it, it's more of a shithouse Sheffield United stunt.

In all seriousness though, I have a lot of respect for Olympiakos, their history, and their passionate supporters. That news shocked me, had to read it twice to make sure what I had just read.

The Greek Football Federation is very deeply corrupted (it has been for decades, but things are spiralling out of control, with the overpaid help of UEFA overseers). The threat is just talk, in my view, a way to get things moving.

Second round of the group stage. We're about to play against Bayern, their manager is sacked. We're about to play against Tottenham, their manager is sacked.

If I were Red Star's Milojevic, I'd worry about my job.
