    So many positives from today:

Carayols performance should serve as a real eye opener to those who've written him off. Runs at his man with pace & trickery, delivers a decent ball in too.

Fox superb again, even at LB where we've all said he's shit. The player needed confidence, he's a cracking player for us now.

Benny Osborn tireless in that central position. Defends from the front & does have a pass out of the ordinary.

Joe Worrall looks more accomplished on the ball as each game goes by. Great prospect.

Britt Assombalongas got his appetite back it seems, looked a real handful today.

Mancienne looked class, cleared his lines well today, read the game as well as ever.

These lads really put their hands up today. Great to see & testament to the manager for drawing quality performances.

I'd agree with all that. Thing about Carayol under Montannier was that he was played deep and asked to cut inside more. It was one of PM's more baffling set ups as it should be obvious to even the most armchair of Forest fans that his only asset is pace which is best executed running at the full back on the flank. Just keep is simple Muzzy, attack the full back (and work on your crossing!).

Thought Smith's distribution was better today, looks like he's been working on it.

    Proud father of the :whoosh:

Great performance today, very impressed with how Warburton got the set up and mental attitude right today. They could easily have come out nervous. Carayol rinsed old Gunter every time, but his delivery needs to improve too many balls failed to find our players. Still he really gave us an edge and deserved his goal. Osborne had a great game, non-stop as did Cohen & Vaughan again. Also thought Mance really stepped up today, he flew into his aerial challenges like I've never seen from him before. Lovely stuff for the most part.

Been out drinking with some old uni mates today amongst them Wolves, Fulham and Newcastle fans all very pleased that we won, all hoping Birmingham go down... So glad Britt stuck to what he's best at and also that Carayol is showing what he's capable of.

Also worth noting that QPR have now lost 6 in a row and Ipswich lost to Rotherham today.
