    Default Judge and Jota

Not based on anything other than the fact that these two chaps are out of contract in 2 months and Warburton loves them both. Surely got to be top of our shopping list and you'd imagine MW will be able to convince them to come.

Imagine those 2 as part of a front 4 with Clough and BB!

They're out of contract in 2 months? Judge was linked with £10 million moves before his injury wasn't he?

Yep, he's been injured a while to be fair

Jota is a brilliant player, can't believe they would let him see his contract out, unless they can't afford his demands?

Extending Pinillos' deal should be our current priority.

Would Jota want to step down to league 1?

Judge is out of contract this summer, but Jota's runs until next summer.

Judge would be a great signing if he regains full fitness.

Jota has an option on his contract for an extra year.

If Warb fancies raiding his old club then I'd look at Ryan Woods (although I think he signed after Warburton had left). Exactly the type we need.

Lee Wallace? Left back, leader, be around 1m?

Judge ran the show in midfield last season when Brentford came to the City Ground, he'll certainly have more attractive propositions than us in the summer.
As stated though, maybe Warburton could convince him.

Absolutely! Might cost a fair chunk though.

Billy tried to buy him prior to signing Fox.

He wasn't interested back then, even when Rangers were in the lower leagues.

This x10. He's just what we need in the middle of the park.

People said the same thing about Warburton when he was initially linked with Forest. We could probably triple the wages of most Brentford players and they still wouldn't be some of our highest earners (which is an issue in its own right)

Always wondered why we didn't show an interest in Judge when he was at Notts. With his injury situation he'd fit like a glove into our squad.

Judge will be fuming with Brentford's chairman having stopped his big money move to the EPL just before he broke his leg putting himself out for a year. He won't re-sign, and I can imagine that Warburton + NFFC wages that he'll find the move here a really attractive proposition.

Found from Twitter, quite remarkable really.

24 - No player has provided more @SkyBetChamp assists since August 2014 than Alan Judge , even though he is yet to play this season. Order.

Nobody stopped his move, he just wasn't as close to fitness as he, Newcastle and the Brentford physios expected him to be by then. I believe he had a seback in his rehab.

No club would buy a player not yet recovered from a broken leg. That would be utter stupi.......

Oh, no, wait, we did that with Garner. Should have said 'no "other" club....'

Judge is like 28/29 now isn't he? Won't have made a fortune from his career so far so I imagine he's going to move a) as high as he can (probably Prem) and b) for the biggest wage he can get.

It'll be the first and probably last really big payday of his career so can't see it being here.

Would be nice to imagine, but reckon he'll be desperate to play at the top level and good luck to him, his performances over the last couple of years deserve it.
